Encode to WMV

Hi you guys, i want to encode a mkv 720p x264 audio 2.0 flac to an SD wmv, how can i do ??

I've just known about x264 and mkv only :(.

You can use a program such as HDConvertToX to accomplish what you want. Just make sure to have the latest WMV codecs installed.
