*.mp2file to short [Archive]

HI!
I start encoding a movie with DVD2SVCD and after the audio was finished i checked it in winamp and its only 66min long and the movie is 96min.I get no error in the logfile and the AC3file has the right lenght.I tried two times and the same result.I use DVD2SVCD 1.0.6_build_2-pre1

I had the same problem. Go back to the full release and you will need to re-rip the DVD. It seems to be an error introduced there that cannot be fixed with the newer ways of handling the audio.

In my case I no longer had the DVD. I had to go and get an older version (1.04.2) and start over. It worked fine.
Using the same Vob files with any 1.06 version gave me the same results.

Use another prog to do the MP2 encoding and continue with crash recovery. You can check out the Doom9 download page to look for alternative audio encoders.
