I've tried everything. I've tried IfoEdit v0.82, but all the extras are in the 6 main vob's with the main movie. I then tried to demux the AC3 and M2V out of the vob's with Smartipper and re-author with Scenarist, but the damn audio has a -83ms delay. I then found a program called AC3 Delay Corrector v1.3, corrected the audio and remuxed in Scenarist. Still no go, at about chapter 22 the audio is like 1 or 2 sec. ahead of the video. Anybody run into something similar? I've tried -83ms, 0ms, and +83ms in AC3 Delay Corrector with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My guess, this DVD is copy proof.

Use DVD Maestro, no delay issues, it's just smart that way.

Sorry I can't help -- but I'd appreciate knowing where you got the delay corrector software, I could have saved myself a couple of hours today if I'd known it existed...

I have a suggestion for you, but not the best. You might try DVD2AVI and decode the audio from the VOB to a WAV (unfortunately only 2 channels - but Dolby Surround encoded), then use Softencode to reencode to AC3. That's how I've corrected a couple of these types of problems (like earlier today). I'd rather keep the 5.1, but sometimes I have to take what I can get. I hope this new software you've pointed me to makes it necessary less often...
