bin/cue files corrupt

hey i was wondering why on dvd2svcd 1.0.6 pre build 7 the bin.cue files come out wrong i cant burn it with any program.....does anyone know whats the go...on the normal release of dvd2svcd it didnt corrupt it
i have to use easycd to extract the bin file then i have to rebuild it with vcdxbuild and rip...can some one give me an updated version..plz
or know how to fix/
