download UsEac3to (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=145574)

run UsEac3to, load your 5.1 wave and in "Track Input and Output Formats"

adjust the output(on the right) to wavs.
(not wav...is wavs with an "s" in the end of the word and don't mind with others adjusts)

click in Add buttom next of output format and press
"RUN Command Line".

just wait a little until end...
i did one fast test right now before post here, work perfectly.

Now I'm just trying how to upsampling wav files from 16/44 to 24/96 or even more. does Audacity support V.I. plugin?

Now I'll have to grab eac3to.exe manual to avoid silly questions in the future, me dumb :(
