encoding 120 fps Big problem

Hi! i heve problen with joint avi and timecode
i get tim cof from .wmv file, i use this scrip -

DirectShowSource("F:\1.wmv", fps=29.970, convertfps=true)

Decomb521VFR_Telecide(order=1, guide=0)
Decomb521VFR_Decimate(mode=4, threshold=1.0, progress=true, \
timecodes="timecodes.txt", vfrstats="stats.txt")

then put converted avi in avi_tc (tc2cfr) and i hev error - http://z1.zod.fr/z/1-rDT.jpg

When i convert wmv in avi i use this script -

DirectShowSource("F:\1.wmv", fps=29.970, audio=false)
spline64resize(704,396)
