How should I report spam received via PM?

Recently I received 2 private messages from this user (http://forum.doom9.org/member.php?u=173163) which are pure spam!:devil:
Who should I contact further so that his activity will be stopped ASAP?

He appears to have already been struck twice for spam...
But to answer the question, these (http://forum.doom9.org/showgroups.php) are the people with the power.

In your user control panel, you can add him to your ignore list. Reporting it doesn't do much because we cannot verify it as we cannot (and should not be able to) peek at your PMs.

Thanks, I already authorized Doom9 to peek at my messages directly through my account because I trust him 100% and so I trust you, neuron2. Though adding the spammer on my ignore list would certainly help me, I'm pretty sure he'd be spamming many more users around here which is why I look for ultimate solution = ban him for good on this site.

By all means report it to a mod so we can check his posts as well. But I would not be comfortable with the ability to peek PMs, and not everyone trusts me. :p
