Hey everyone,
I gotta question and need your help in authoring (re-authoring) DVDs from main language into other languages without Encoding the DVD to make them Multi Language supported DVD with audio synchronizing of course in it...!
So, basically, add other related audios into those DVDs without loosing the main audio and without encoding the video!
Any feedback in whatsoever free or commercial software needed and where to start from would be highly appreciated :thanks:

You have to convert your new audio stream (or subpic stream) to a format compatible with the DVD-Video standard (such as AC3 or MPEG), and then demux the main movie (with PgcDemux) and remux it with your new streams (with Muxman), and finally re-import the main movie in the original DVD (with PgcEdit's Replace VTST Titles function). Don't forget to export and import the chapter points (the CellTimes.txt file).
There are other methods as well, but this one is the simplest. However, it is difficult to manage if the main movie is in a domain that contains other PGCs as well, as you will have to recreate the same structure with Muxman.
Of course, you must be sure that the additional stream is correctly synchronized with the video. That's often the most difficult thing to do! If it's not the case, you may have to stretch the stream and/or to include a little silence or cut some seconds at the beginning of the audio stream.
As Ghitulescu said, there are many threads on this subject here, but I agree that they may be difficult to find.

The last topic on this issue was dated back 2004, right here in this very thread - it covers also what rOlZ said, multiple PGCs
Google yielded a nice guide in the firsts 5 hits
