What is the difference between these two filters?

There's actually almost no difference at all. What's the point of a diff version? Mvtools got updated. People like using up-2-date things. Therefore, a need to update mvdegrain. It just that the new one uses a newer version of mvtools. Nothing world changing or major there. They both still do the same quality job that they've done before.
