Forced Subs out of sync.

I am trying to convert The Da Vince Code using AutoGK 2.55. I have it set to forced only non-external subtitles.

It was ripped using DVDFabDecrypter.

Unfortunately the subtitle are appearing at the wrong place in the movie.

Any suggestions?

Thanks. PS Oddly enough there is a conflict between IE 8 and subresync apparently, I had to use a patched version.
