AVCHD (Lite) legal question

keeping in mind this :

if I take a video from my camera and demux / optionally downsize to 576p /remux to mp4 container, can I still call it an AVCHD stream ?
Or does the different container automatically put it oustide the spec's scope ?

Yep, AVCHD container is a Blu-Ray (AVCHD) structure. By the way, simple *.mts/*.m2ts file is NOT an AVCHD container.
