I'm trying to encode H263, MPEG4 SP and H264 in 3GP, using FFmpeg, according to a list of Helix Mobile Producer parameters. There are mainly 2 params I'm not sure about:
1. "Max Packet Size" of 350 bytes for H263, 1400 bytes for the rest. This doesn't seem to be maxrate/bufsize. What else could it be?
2. For H264 there's something called "Streaming Server Profile", for the others "Basic Profile". Any idea what this might be? A header field value, a profile to limit encoding parameters, something else?
