Since the filming industry is likely not going to make the switch to 60fps filming the is the alternative called 'frame internpolation'. Most of you guys here know what this is probably and no explanation is needed. I ve noticed that the technique is becoming better and better. I saw a preview of the upcomming Epson projectors and the FI technique is better than last year. So I was wondering if it is possible to let a (powerfull) HTPC do FI if you have have a display that has this technique on-board (like my JVC RS2 projector). I m only looking for a solution which Frame Interpolates that will give no (or almost no) artifacts.

So is it possible to have FI on a HTPC when running a 23,976 source (.mkv, .wmv, .mov, .vob etc?)

My PC specs are: Windows7, MPC-HC latest, ATI HD4350, Reclock, EVR custom output, ffdshow latest tryout.
