I use Auto GK to convert mpeg2 (dvb-t source) to XviD.
I use Fixed width 640 and MP3 vbr 128.

The Predefined size doesn't seem to work correctly.
I set it to 350MB but the final avi has 224MB.

So i guess the calculation is not correct.
The bitrate of the video should be higher to reach 350MB.

Could someone fix that please?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

My guess is undersized file due to codec being maxxed.
Please post a logfile from your problematic encode for confirmation. If so there are workarounds.

Uninstall AutoGK and then XviD (if it didn't remove with it), then reinstall AutoGK. If you installed AutoGK with an existing XviD in place, it will not properly overwrite the latter and can cause your problem.
