(Hm, my english is bad too, so you can be worried about my help!...No, it's a joke.)
Well, do you want to join beginning of 5 to the end of the 4? Or have the possibility to alternate between the two movies?

Sure! I believe mkv can do that using editions feature or something. You should be able to select movie you want or even make option play all one by one in any order you want. But there is no GUI with this option so its should be done manually. Anyway I don't understand why this is better than having 2 or more separate movies...

But how?
At the same time?...for example: if you are at the eleventh minute of one of the movie, your need is to go to the eleventh minute of the other movie in one click?

No , if you are at the eleventh minute of movie NO one and you Click to the other movie or source you have to start From the beginning of that movie ,

I don't think that Imposable if some Developers Give some time for this ,

I thought it was more difficult! Ouf!;)
Well it's easy, just concatenate your movies and put the resulting file in a container like a mkv with a chapter at the beginning of the second movie and it's done.
So what are your sources specs?

So what are your sources specs?

Each move 250mb

Is that can be done with mp4 ? or its just mkv ?

Well, as I understand chapters is not exactly the same. With chapters all movies will consist of one stream. Unless I forget about something. If this is alright, then it can be done with mmg from mkvtoolnix. For more advanced stuff I saw guide somewhere not on this forum. Unfortunately I can't find it right now, sorry.

And about players. All directshow-based players should support this if you have haali media splitter installed.
