Fast HQ setting vs Extra Quality Setting

This may be difficult to answer. I am generally now using the 2 pass unrestricted fast HQ setting with Megui.

What increase in compression quality would be seen using the "extra quality" setting?

I am just curious as to when this extra q setting would best be employed.
