How can I calculate bitrate?

Hello mates..I have a problem.
How can I calculate video bitrate if I have total frames (time in sec x 25.00fps) in batch commands?
I have a txt files where there are total frames of video, and I would a program wich calculates bitrate and it will write in another txt files. Why do I ask this?
Because I'll do an automatic ripping program.

The number of frames is insufficient info. It gives you the duration assuming you know the frame rate, but not the number of bits.

birate = number of bits / duration
