I searched around for related threads and found a couple but, they did not seem to contain any solutions:

http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=145474&highlight=ac3+data+skipped
The problem:
I am ripping my discs using the latest version of DVDFab (6.0.6.0 I believe). I then use the StaxRip 1.1.1.4 wizard (which uses DGindex) to demux the audio and video streams. I then do my standard two-pass encode with StaxRip and mux the newly encoded video track with the lossless AC3 audio tracks (demuxed earlier) with MKVMerge GUI 2.9.7 (Tenderness). Occasionally I will receive an alert from MKVMerge (while muxing) stating that a portion of one of the audio tracks I am muxing contains non-AC3 data and that it may lead to audio/video desynchronization (I'm assuming this is a CRC error).
I'd say this happens with about 1 out of every 30 discs I've worked with but, it is irritating because it does lead to desynch.
Is there any fix for this?
I try re-ripping the discs and I always get the exact same results with the exact same amount of "non-AC3" data.
