Oh come on. Wikipedia redirects you for "4:2:0" to the right page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4:2:0

4:2:0 is not a type of colorimetry. However, the meaning of YUV X:X:X notation is explained in this post by TinTime: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1310741#post1310741

Colorimetry is a broad term related to various sciences that study color perception, explained by Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorimetry

You might also see people refer to the RGB->YUV constants used in digital video referred to as the "colorimetry" of the video. This is explained at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_matrix#Technical_details
