I followed the Instructions on the Doom9 site,after loading the mpeg and the vfapi avi and I copied the Chapterextractor data into the tscv window then I selected the appropriate framerate and when I click convert and send to Tscv an error message appears "Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 004D7DC7 in Modul 'TSCV.EXE'.Lesen von Adresse FFFFFFFF".
