I have the Movie Deep Blue Sea (that I own) and every way I rip it to my HDD I get the director comentary instead of the actual movie sound track. Anyone know how to fix that?

Make sure you are using IFO mode in DVD Decrypter and that you have appropriate (or all available) audio streams checked, see my screenshot for example:

It's more than likely something with your playback method and not with DVD Decrypter. With its default settings it will rip all audio tracks into one file, and you need the proper filter to select one for playback.

@MIGhunter

Hi!

It sounds like you've ripped the full DVD "package" (.VOBs, .IFOs, .BUPs) to your hard drive, but are playing the .VOBs individually - which results in the software player playing the first audiostream it encounters.

If this is the case, you should use a software DVD player that, from your hard drive, can play the DVD "package" AS DVD...

Then you can uncheck all but the "main" audio, usually the first on the list, or all but the language you want.

I left "Video" and 2ch English check on one run, still nothing but directors cometary :mad:

2ch EnglishYou should likely be looking for a "6 Ch -.AC3", rather than the "2 ch" that you selected...

What's to fix? Nothing's broken. When just playing the VOBs, any of the audio tracks is likely to show up. Just go ahead and do what you were going to do with it - convert to something else, or whatever. When you play it as a DVD (not as a VOB file), you get the correct language, don't you, with the option to choose the Director's Commentary?

Setarip_old is correct. If the rest are DD 5.1, then the DD 2.0 one is likely to be the Director's Commentary.

From what country is this DVD? So I can check if there's a review that might mention any problems with it. What is "SK"?
