How to Convert Black and White Video to Color and How to reverse video

Yeah , well the title is self explanatory, I basically how you're supposed to convert a black and white movie to colour and how to reverse a video(make it play backwards), for the latter, is there any solution other than the AviSynth script, it takes far too much time(1.5 hours for a 2 minute video!!) any plugin for either??

By the way, the preferable method would be Virtualdub.... :)

I'll write a program to automatically add color to black/white footage right after I find the elixir of immortality.

Also: Of course AVS Reverse() will be slow on temporally compressed video. Convert it to uncompressed before using Reverse().
