Anyone know how to get this player to play video content from a USB device? That was an advertised feature when I bought the player a couple of months ago, but it seems that the manual has now been "updated" with that feature deleted. Viewing jpegs and playing mp3s works just fine from a thumb drive, but I can't get it to recognize video. I've tried .mp4, .avi, .mov, .wmv, .vob.
It's otherwise a fine player, but I was hoping to be able to use it to play content from the USB port and save a few bucks on burning movies to DVD.
Any pointers would be very much appreciated. I'm running the 2.02 revision firmware.
