Can someone maybe post the latest evr.dll to use with XP SP3 and MPC-HC?

I run XP sometimes in VirtualBox to test if StaxRip still works in XP as I use Vista API's like TaskDialog a lot needing alternative XP code. Since I can run StaxRip in XP it must have .NET 3.5 installed. I think my EVR.dll was installed by .NET 3.5, I don't know if I had a service pack installed. The evr.dll file version is 6.0.6001.17014 and date is 2007-10-09, on my Win 7 system I have a newer file and it's 2 kb bigger, I think it was included in Win 7, I don't recall if I had .NET 4.0 beta installed but I have 3.5 installed. It's not a big issue to install it in VirtualBox. I'm not sure if it's legal to post the dll.

1. Windows 7 SDK does not include evr.dll.
2. The latest version is 6.1.7600.16385, but doesn't work in XP/Vista.
3. The last version that works is 6.0.6002.18005.

from what I've seen the W7 EVR.dll doesn't work on XP?! Vista SP2 is the last one that works.
