Hello, I use MPC-HC on a TV. On this TV, refresh rate is 60fps (native refresh rate). It works great for videos which have 30fps.
But I'd like MPC-HC (or Reclock) to change this refresh rate to 24fps (or 50fps) for videos which are in ~24fps.
I think I've read that some people manage to do it with Powerstrip (?). But I don't understand how to do this.
If someone can explain to me how to do, thanks in advance.
