Hello people! Then, where can I download Cqmfiles (matrix)?
I'd like for high details! So quality increase! I tested M4G_High_Detail_V3.1.cfg and it's Good, but I'd know if there is some other GOOD. Thanks for answers..
P.S. Ah, a question: can I doing avi files (h264) with x264.exe (no ffdshow) command line?

I don't know where you can download high details cpm.
But with X264, output are .264, .mp4 and mkv.
If you want put the stream in a .avi, use a avc2avi commandline after your x264 commandline.

But avi is not really a good container for h264 stream, it's...how to say....we can compare that as a super new motor puted in an old car.

Sharktooth's EQM AVC-HR matrix can be found in this thread:

More matrices here:

However be aware that using x264 with custom matrices usually is NOT needed anymore! Most of the things that people tried to achieve with custom matrices in the olden days are done by x264's Psy-Optimizations (VAQ, Psy RDO, Psy Trellis) nowadays - only in a much better way. Also, as far as I know, the Psy-Optimizations in x264 work best with the "Flat" (Default) matrix or a very similar one.

Yeah, like a hemi in a ford 32, who would do that?
If he wants avi he will use it.
avc2avi, hope you have only 1/2 audio track/sub

There is also some older matrix in How to build quantization matrix (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=138750) thread matrix written by Sagittaire (extracted from IEEE papers) (http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?p=1149515&postcount=4)
I used to use one of its matrices in my encodings, there should be a thread with more of his older matrices but i still couldnt find it myself nowadays when needed (Murph)
