Hi ,

I use Dump HD to unencrypt my blu rays and use MPC , VLC etc to view them .
I am getting issues when MPC will not display list all the audio tracks compared to VLC ( example = 88 minutes ) .
In MPC it only plays the english track that has the directors speech overlaid , wheras VLC lists 3 selectable tracks .
Occasionaly MPC will not give an english track wheras VLC will .

I prefer MPC as it plays the video a lot more stable than VLC .

I am directly running the M2TS file - what gives ?

Cheers

In an earlier post, you stated:Both POTC required certificate folder copied for PVD 7.3 playback , all U.S. films .I'd suggest you just use your PowerDVD 7.3...

Hi ,

That was quite a while ago I posted that and I am now in my " cheapskate " phase utilising " free " options .

I have since found that if I use MPC classic home cinema 64 version then it will detect and play the english audio streams whereas the same M2TS file ( clasic and home cinema versions ) on 32 bit will not detect or play the english audio .

Obviously not very significant, as it appears you've figured things out but, you say:That was quite a while ago I posted that and I am now in my " cheapskate " phase utilising " free " options .What could be "cheaper" than using software you already have (PowerDVD v.7.3)?
