CCE SP2 & AviSynth Script Help

I have the DVD9 VIDEO_TS folder on my HD and I have scripted the D2V file. I want to do an M/CCE with CCE SP2. I have the software but I really don't know where to start off and how to reach the end product with a DVD-5 VBR that has gone through the script. I have done many x264 and XviD encodes but i don't have any Mpeg-2 CCE SP2 encoding experience. Please help me with this step by step. i really want to learn and am willing to do anything to make this work. Thanks.

Why not just use DVDShrink to go from DVD9 to DVD5?

I want to run the D2V through my AviSynth script and I want to remove junk from Original DVD9 structure. I want to make a M/CCE that is all filtered and nice. But I don't know where to start off as all i know how to do is x264 and XviD rips. I haven't tried my hand at an M/CCE before but I really want to try with CCE SP2. Basically I want to: Learn how to use CCE SP2 in conjunction with an AviSynth Script. Also do i need to use the resize function in the script or crop it before throwing it in CCE SP2?
