I want to try this. I saw a post in the advanced section, but I'm still a newbie. How is this done without edit some kind of script? I see to parameters in the screen next to bicubic resize (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) where I can put some figures in it. Can someone help me?

Depends what you consider an XSVCD. That covers alot of ground. Anything outside the SVCD spec is a XSVCD.
If you want a higher bitrate then just up the bitrate under it's tab.
If you want to change the size you will need to edit the avs script.
You will find that under the Frameserver tab.
For more info do a search some of this has been covered before.
