I have problem with TMPEGnc strip out 2nd audio channel when I cut the mpeg file into chappers. (I did this for the Karaoke music purpose)
Can you show me how to edit mpeg file or there is any mpeg edit tool that I can use with out problem with the 2nd audio channel.
