log file ? where ?

if i mark the option shutdown the pc after encode

where i can see, when i make new start , how it has finished ?
failed or succesfull

you could check the movie_Gknot.log file to see if you were successful. or, you could simply go to the folder you saved the movie in and see if your encode is there.

oh, so if it has failed , i wouldnt have this avi file ?

I thought i get a part of this avi file if it fails.

well, part of an avi or not, if you watch it you'll know whether or not it's complete. come on now, think about this......
