I am trying to back-up Fast & Furious with DVDRebuilder/HC Encoder but the file output is 5.03 gb that won't fit on a DVD-5 disc. This is the first time this has happened, I had just successfully backed-up Che and didn't change any settings. Any idea what the problem is?

What you use for ripping/decrypting disc? Maybe some grabage from decrypting

AnyDVD. That's not the prob, it's decrypted alright and on my hard drive. It's 5.03 gb, that's the problem.

Try setting a custom target size in the setting window and use that instead of BD5 output.

Any chance that the audio selection changed after the PREPARATION was completed?

No special settings, 2 pass VBR. Audio not changed, I usually set it and walk away or go to bed, don't do anything else on the puter while it is processing. I'll try another tomorrow when I have a chance to see if it is an isolated instance (or dvd).

Hmmm... I really can't remember the last time DVD-RB oversized doing two pass. Way back in the beta days, I think.

I have had the odd ones being very slightly over for some reason, in that case I just run it through SlySoft CloneDVD so I don't have to mess about with any DVD-RB hidden settings and do it all again
Its such a small amount over that the drop in quality wouldn't be noticeable, but its enough over to not fit on a single DVD
Episode DVDs seem to cause problems more than anything, maybe the work that is involved, especially if its a big multi-episode DVD around the 7.5GB crops up very rarely as being oversized

Yes, that is what I ended up doing rather than process another 4 hrs.

Just to give you an update. I just did Push with no problems with all the same settings to see if it was an issue with more than Fast & Furious. Still don't know what the prob was with F & F.
