A friend of mine asked me to provide him a means to backup his DVDs. I already selected DVD Decrypter + StaxRip for a semi-involved process, but I would like to know if you guys can recommend me a good GUI that can do the whole process in as few mouseclicks as possible, should he prefer a simpler way. Is there anything of the sort around?

DVDDecrypter ISO read then ISO write.

That's a very good idea, but the downside is that it occupies too much space. Then again, HDD space is cheap nowadays...

Personally, I think either MeGUI's One Click Encoder could do the job, or HDConvertToX, with a profile that he would load by pushing a button on program startup.

The nice thing about MeGUI is that you could setup a One Click profile for him, and then it's pretty easy from there. If you have a profile, then you only deal with 1 window and two or three buttons.

Hi!

This is essentially a duplicate of your earlier thread at:

The two that works for me is:

Ideal DVD to AVI
Or
Ideal DVD Copy3

Both these are one click masters(Almost) and it can rip it directly to Hard Drive or CD/DVD.

Hope This Helps

I can recommend DVDFab the newest version, choose DVD to h.264 and aac. It is very fast, but if you like quality over speed then MeGUI one click encoder is your best choice.
