after muxing divx and 2.0 ac3 using nandub (a/v direct stream copy) i noticed that the volume was much too loud (/w clipping).
my first thought was it must be WiMP's fault. i demuxed the ac3 using nandub again (save wav...) to check if it was a playback problem or if the ac3 itself was altered.
this is kinda strange: the demuxed ac3 is smaller and louder (same volume as muxed in the avi) than the original one.
i always thought that the muxed soundfile won't be modified.
any idea?
