How to editing/delete advertising, between each movie chapters.

I have couple movies that have advertising in the between chapters.
How can I delete it and joint it at a stream movie? Any software suggestion?

You're starting from a DVD? If so, rip with DVD Decrypter and split by chapter, encode all movie chapters with the same settings, and join them with the appropriate editor after encoding.

I was just going to answer this but can quote myself from setarip's link. :)

Use VobBlanker's "Cut" function to remove the stuff you don't want.

This way you retain menus and you do not have to re-encode.
