File size limiting

Is there any command for Avisynth to limit file size?
For example, file is 1.36GB but after process, i want it to be around 350MB?

Avisynth is a video editor, not an encoder. It has no knowledge of file sizes. What you want is to use a lower bitrate in your encoder.

Then VDub can do the trick, right?In the video menu, click on "compression...". There you select the codec you need (but the bitrate field is probably grayed out for most of them). Click on "configure" to open the codec's own dialog, where you usually can specify the bitrate you want.
