Help with interlaced script

I'm trying to find the appropriate AviSynth script to deinterlace the following HDTV capture.

It has irregular soft pulldown, so you have to honor the pulldown or you'll mess up audio sync.

There is a mix of video rate progressive, 3:2, and weirder pulled-down sections. Depending on the distribution you have to decide whether to target an output fps of video or film rate.

The simplest thing is save project with honor pulldown flags and then just:
