hi there !
every morning when i return to my computer which did a new movie overnight using gknot, i have to reset cause the machine totally crashed.
gknot finishes fine, all jobs are done correctly, but right afterwards my machine totally locks up. it doesn't matter if i check "shutdown when finished", it crashes everytime.
the machine is not crashing when i do a short test encoding (2 minutes of the film).
i guess the problem is in the fact that i use win98. i know this is no good idea. but i can't use win2000 cause some of my favourite games don't run under win2000. and i don't have winXP.
perhaps there is a workaround for this problem even for win98 users...would make me very happy :)
