I tried using the latest version of eac3to to rip the h264/AVC video stream and the DTS-HD MA audio stream into Flac format from the Roy Orbison "Black and White Night" Blu-ray. I then used MKV Merge to remux the 2 extracted streams and the resulting Matroska file had severe audio sync problems...seemed to be off by several seconds at least. Is there a standalone program or other tool that will allow me to analyze the Flac file and determine the necessary audio delay to plug into MKV Merge and get the video and audio back in sync? TIA...
