I wanna cut the .ts file coded with h264 or vc-1 accurately and losslessly.VideoReDo support the .ts file's frame-accurate editing but it can't handle with h264 and vc-1.Is there any tool that can deal with this?

nope, don't even think there's a way to do a lossless editing (and stay in the same format) unless you cut at a keyframes.

jujiananren meant lossless except for the cutpoint gops that need to be re-encoded. But I haven't heard of such a tool for H.264 or VC-1 either.
