Is anyone else having trouble with Madea goes to jail. I've tried to decrypt using dvdfab 6, but it has trouble reading the disk. It's a brand new movie disk, and there isn't a scratch on it. Please help?:confused:

@kindred59
Hi!
If it contains a new copy protection scheme, I'd suggest you just wait a day or two for the ripping programs (including the "DVDFab" group) to be brought up to date...

It's not a new protection but a glitch in DVDFab 6 that requires patching.
DVDFab 5 will do this disc as will AnyDVD.

That sounds about right. DVDFab 6 crashes during the disc scanning process.
RipIt4Me seems to be working so far, but it's at about 94% and is only decrypting at about 2 - 4 KB/s. ...Taking forever

i've tried what was suggested (ripit4me, and dvdfab 5) and still have problems. With ripit4me, it says there's an error in vob 1, and vob 18. Every other program i used says possible scratch or dirt. It's a brand new movie disk. Please help.:confused:

I'm sure the developers will have a fix for the issue soon. I'm gonna give it a day or two and I'd be willing to bet that there will be an update for DVDFab 6.
They have yet to disappoint!
Thanks guys!!!! Me love you long time!!

Has anyone been able to decrypt Madea goes to jail yet? I've been trying for 3 days now without any luck. If you have decrypted, please let me know what app you used? Thanks.

People have handled the movie with AnyDVD. I've heard that people have handled it with an older version of DVDFab5.
The problem people are having may be a badly pressed DVD, the software simply cannot handle the protection due to being outdated or a bug, or a system configuration issue.
