Can you please add an audio option when you update AutoGK
When you choose Auto for Audio for a 1CD dvdrip, you will automatically have 128kbps VBR MP3.
But can't you change that option so it will take CBR mp3 (not 128KBPS, but a kbps chosen by AutoGK depending on the output resolution and the output quality 700, 1400 MB...))?
Please think about it.
CBR would be much better, beause I think VBR is not always good, and sometimes bigger than CBR, and it takes longer to encode.

Some of what you're asking makes no sense to me, but maybe it does to others. In any event, you can always choose to have the audio encoded as CBR at whatever bitrate you like (within the accepted bitrates). So I don't understand what the problem is or the reason for the request.

In my opinion, for the same average bitrate VBR is always better than CBR but, as I said, you can choose to make it whatever you like. The audio size is usually small, compared to the overall filesize (15% or less, commonly), so having AutoGK choose the audio bitrate is kind of pointless, it seems to me.

But I'm not len0x, so maybe he'll say something different if and when he responds.

Yeah, you have a point: VBR audio is not that bad.
But I do want to see a feature that makes AutoGK choose the kbps for 1CD dvdrips, not just 128 kbps, when Auto is checked.

Hi,

Settings (advanced settings) are persistant so 1st time you encode 1CD and choose CBR 128, these setttings will still be proposed next time, unless you change to another size to encode in the meanwhile.

I know the advaced settings, I just want a feature that, for 1 CD rip, chooses automatically the CBR KBPS that seems the best choice, depending on the chosen resolution. Simple language: just change the auto option for 1CD dvdrips to CBR that can be anything at all, 64KBPS, 192, 128, that's then the choice of AutoGK, but not always vbr 128KBPS.
