Does anybody know where I could possibly get a Helios H4000 repaired?
The usa distributor is in the same boat as me as a bunch of his sold units started to fail the same time as mine. Appears to be a problem in the power supply circut.
I have since bought an Oppo, but I like the Helios as it upconverts not only over HDMI but also component. Haven't found another unit that upconverts over component.
