ripped blu ray from hdd in mpc-hc wont show subtitles

For some reason when i open ripped bd in mpc-hc when i select subtitles in navigation subs wont show up in the movie? i have mpc-hc in dxva,

what might cause the problem, and how can i fix it?

You have to enable the internal M2TS splitter on the internal filter page

is that mpeg ps/ts/pva? because m2ts splitter in internal or external filters in mpc-hc i cant see. maybe i dont have it installed?
