Prob been asked 100 times, but all new to this and trying back up all my DVD's to my External Hard Drive hooked to PS3 , tired digging thru dvds.
I been using the Auto 2.40 with 2.46 beta update. I tried useing 2.55 but PS# kept giving me Unsupported Data on them. Read and found older version works best and so far it has out about 50 I have backed up now ran inn to few that had no sound.
Dejavu, Click and Gridiron Gang. All Harry Potters mouths did not match words could not tell to fast or to slow?
I have been using 1/3 DVDR(1493mb) ADVANCE SETTING dont touch anything and leave it on XviD,
don't adjust anything. Is there something I am missing?
Thanks
Ed

Hi!
Sounds like you have less than perfect rips of your original DVDs.
What software and procedures did you use to rip your original DVDs?

Sounds like you may have a situation where you have one or more cells before the movie starts. Take the first ripped VOB file (usually VTS_01_1.VOB, NOT VTS_01_0.VOB) of a movie that you're having trouble with and use DGIndex to create a project file with the "Audio" option set to "Demux all streams". Is there a delay value stored in the output filename of the main audio stream?

Again, what software and procedures did you use to rip (remove copy protection and then copy to hard drive) your original DVDs? (e.g. DVD Decrypter DVD Shrink, DVDFabHD Decrypter, DVD95Copy, AnyDVD, etc.)

Inspector , sorry but new to all this and lost on what you said
Setarip_old I use Anydvd to strip/remove or scan dvd first then I try find IFO file that is the movie and rip to XviD
I have AnyDVD Clone Mobile and I know can select PS3 or AVI in there but when you select PS3 format MPG4 and quality is poo, and when you say generic AVI some movies work and some say Unsupported date more less 50-50 chance with that. I know cant get DVD Quality prob , but I want close or what I am doing is pointless
sorry folks still learning on this bare with me lol
thanks

Try re-ripping your problematic DVDs with (freeware) "DVDFabHD Decrypter" (WITHOUT using "AnyDVD") - and then use AutoGK...
