I am searching high and low for this but cannot find a single one. I want to bulk encode video files to x264 but use VST plugins while doing so. MediaCoder still does not support VST plugins though it has added some useful video and audio filters. I do not want to use a video editing program since I want to bulk encode files to x264 fast with VST plugin effects. Nor do I want to use multistep methods like avisynth etc. I just want a simple direct GUI like MediaCoder but with VST support. Sorenson has added support for VST plugins but does not support x264 output. Please help.

This is a very specific request indeed :) I suppose you're doing EQ + compression right ? Isn't there another way to get the same effect ? I know for sure BeSweet has that sort of filters, and that Audacity has VST support via a plugin.
Maybe batch process the audio separately, then batch reencode+remux at the same time ?

Yeah. Just batch process the video, batch process the audio, then batch mux when those are done.

Quick thread hi-jack (since we're talking about VST's) : is it possible to plug a VST, somewhere in the windows audio processing chain ? I've always wanted to add some correct EQ-ing to correct my crappy 5.1 system (and realtek's hd codec/EQ is a nightmare quality-wise).

in ffdshow, yes...w/ the VST bridge from Christian Budde, but only in 16int.
or better, use VAC+Console to rewire your audio in KS>ASIO through a serious VST EQ :)
I see you're french, go have a look on HCFR ;)
