I have just spent days getting my DVD structure the way I want it. I have some more to do in the same format/layout.
Can PgcEdit somehow print out/save the PGC files structure with their corresponding Pre/Post Commands so that I am able to do the others quickly by following this first attempt.

Use Info -> DVD commands, then save the output.

Thanks Morris, I was hoping it was somewhere in here. It's hard to find things with so many features in this program.
You might be interested in File -> PGC Commands -> Export All PGC Commands as well. The pre/post/cell commands are saved in one file per PGC, and you can reimport them in another DVD. It must have a similar structure than the original, of course. There is a similar function to Import/Export the menu button commands.
Note that the format of that files is not intended to be human readable, although it's a text format. To just keep track of your method, use M_Knox's suggestion.
