Dxva-sd: Hp l3.1

Not majorly important, but I was just curious as to why the SD DXVA profiles in megui have a maxrate of 17500 - I thought the max rate for L3.1 High Profile was 14000...?

Is it literally just because DXVA 'can' handle higher?

14000 is for Main Profile, High Profile allow up to 17500, but will be fine if you are use 14000 for HP
