Anyone tried AutoGK in Windows 7..

Yes, I have used it in Windows 7. Here is my original post. The problem is pretty easy to solve by setting the permissions in the AutoGK directories. This is the only problem that I have seen.

When you run AutoGK 2.55 on Windows 7
--and then hit CTRL-F9 to go to the Advanced screen
--and then select OK

You then get a error saying it can not write the .detect43 file (I think that was the file). Of course running AutoGK as an administrator works as well as changing the permissions of the "C:\Program Files\AutoGK directory". But I am not sure the average user would know to do this.

Don't know if the same problem is in Vista, but it works OK in WinXP.

2.4 works well for me.

That U.A.C is set a little high in Win 7.
