IVTC FPS Question HELP

When I perform IVTC do I need to change the fps in gordian knot to 23.976 or do I leave it as 29.970 fps as it was detected because force film wasn't activate?

you have to change it. It's written in my gknot guide so it must be so ;)

Is it possible that because of I used 29.970 there the GKnot recalculated the bitrate after the first pass and therefore oversized the file by 150mb? Confusing, maybe some of you know the answer :)
